We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a charter school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that the students receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose communication disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Providing speech and language therapy services to students with voice and fluency disorders
• Collaborating with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that the students receive the best possible care
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Providing education and training to parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals on communication disorders and therapy techniques
• Participating in school meetings and conferences to discuss student progress and treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student treatment and progress

Qualifications:

• New Grads Welcome!!
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state license to practice Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with students with voice, fluency, autism, and adolescent disorders
• Familiarity with Charter Schools is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
