As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will be a key player in our organization, leveraging your expertise in commercial lines insurance, underwriting, risk analysis, and customer success to provide top-tier service to our clients and help us maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Utilize your expertise in commercial lines insurance to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
3. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and develop comprehensive, cost-effective insurance solutions.
4. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely renewals.
5. Leverage your marketing skills to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our market share.
6. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Work closely with the customer success team to address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
8. Maintain a book of business, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
P&C broker license
5-10 years experience
Must possess a developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets to place new business and
understand the supplemental insurance marketplace
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to
manage concurrent workflow
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills
with the ability to communicate effectively
Bachelor Degree preferred
