Lead the financial and accounting operations for our American manufacturing plants. This role involves managing budgeting, taxes, accounts payable/receivable, credit and collections, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Analyze financial data to assess profitability, budget performance, and guide management decisions.
• Collaborate on budgeting, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Implement cost control measures and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee and improve accounting systems and software.
• Ensure accurate tax filings and maintain communication with governing officials.
• Prepare financial reports and support monthly and yearly closings.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee inventory cost tracking.
• Maintain internal controls and financial ledgers, ensuring confidentiality.
• Participate in external audits and update accounting policies as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of accounting experience, including management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and manufacturing systems software.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and travel as needed.
