We are seeking a dynamic and experienced higher level accounting resource to come in and support our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company's financial health and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a focus on the manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of managing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
This role is in the weeds in AP and processing, but will also pivot to projects researching and looking into things. It will help with a backlog of work as our client goes through a system implementation and audit.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR experience
2. A minimum of 5 years of AP/AR experience
4. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear and concise recommendations.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.
8. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
9. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
11. The ability to think strategically and provide expert advice on a wide range of financial matters.
