Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of multifamily ground-up construction projects in Boise, ID, and make a significant impact on our local landscape. You will be working on exciting and complex projects, managing everything from strategic planning to budget management. This role requires a deep understanding of multifamily/podium and ground-up multi-family construction. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial conception and planning through to completion and handover.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in line with company objectives and project requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of project budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation and control of financial resources.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of multifamily/podium and ground-up multi-family construction, applying this knowledge to all stages of project management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily ground-up construction.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of multifamily/podium and ground-up multi-family construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including project management and budgeting tools.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
