Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company's data strategy, including data processing, analysis, data mining, and other data-related tasks.
2. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
3. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and data delivery.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to leverage data and information to drive business results.
5. Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production.
6. Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
7. Collaborate with IT teams and management to devise a data strategy that addresses industry requirements.
8. Initiate and supervise data related projects and manage the data team.
9. Promote and oversee strategic relationships with external data vendors and partners.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data analysts and scientists.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or in a similar role.
3. Proven experience with data modeling, data integration, business intelligence, data security, Azure, Power BI, data warehouse, and database engineering.
4. Strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures.
5. Extensive experience in data-related project management and team leadership.
6. Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
7. Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
8. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
9. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
11. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
12. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into understandable insights to inform decision-making.
13. Proven experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive business performance and results.
14. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
