Are you passionate about life sciences and pharmaceutical sales? Do you have a knack for driving enterprise sales and implementing go-to-market strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Permanent Executive Director of Sales in the Life Sciences / Pharma industry. This role is pivotal in leading our sales team to new heights, driving revenue growth, and solidifying our position in the market.

Responsibilities: ***We need a pure HUNTER***

As the Executive Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

1. Driving the sales of technology products and services to pharmaceutical and biotech, medical devices, and life sciences companies.
2. Developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
3. Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
5. Utilizing Oracle Sales Cloud to track sales activities, forecast sales, and analyze sales performance data.
6. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and initiatives.
7. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Director of Sales position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling technology services to pharmaceutical, biotech sales, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in leading enterprise sales and implementing go-to-market strategies.
3. Deep understanding of the life sciences & technology industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Proficiency in using Oracle Sales Cloud or a similar sales management system.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
7. A results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
