We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Elec Eng - Electrical Engineer to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) certification and experience in Mentorship, AutoCAD, and Revit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing electrical engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Develop and review electrical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and coordination studies.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to identify electrical system requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Demonstrated experience in mentorship and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
