Job Details: Currently seeking a Sr. HVAC Estimator to join an established HVAC Design, Build, and Installation Contractor located over in Plymouth County, MA. The ideal should have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC/Sheet Metal estimating experience and be able to nurture strong client relationships with general contractors.

Hybrid Opportunity based in the Boston Area - HVAC Design, Build, and Installation -

• Projects Include: operating rooms, university projects, clean rooms and laboratories.

MUST HAVE:

• 5 years of experience HVAC / Sheet Metal estimating experience on commercial projects
• Experience with software such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Revit, and CAD
• Knowledge of MA building codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASME) relating to HVAC
• Experience estimating small projects to multimillion dollar projects

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Trimble Autobid
• Experience managing and leading teams, an understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems, and the construction industry
