Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Permanent Investment Analyst for our Technology division. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, SOX compliance, SEC reporting, Investment Banking, and private funding understanding. The ideal candidate will have a Finance degree, with a Master's Degree being highly desirable. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing investment analysis and financial insights to support the company's strategic initiatives in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial and investment analysis of potential and existing technology investments, including valuation and financial modeling.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our technology portfolio, providing detailed reports and recommendations to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the technology industry, identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and SEC regulations in all investment activities.
• Liaise with investment bankers and private funding entities to secure financing for potential investments.
• Participate in due diligence and negotiation processes for potential investments.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team, supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and broadband services.
• Proficient in SOX compliance and SEC reporting.
• Experience in investment banking and private funding.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of current trends and developments in the technology industry.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
