Sr. FP&A Analyst

Our company is an innovative software company that helps businesses streamline & digitize their customer interactions. We offer several billing and payment solutions that allow our clients to cut costs, shorten AR cycles, & reduce their environmental footprint. We are rapidly growing & looking to add a Sr. Analyst to our FP&A department.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with the Finance team and other stakeholders to prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and presenting reports to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
• Support the annual budgeting process by providing financial analysis and insights
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to provide real-time insights to stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor presentations
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Knowledge of Great Plains or other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
