Sr Mechanical Design Engineer PE (HVAC) – NYC/Hybrid ($120 – $180K)

We are seeking a Senior to Mid-Level Mechanical Design Engineers to join our team in NYC. Successful candidates will have a Professional Engineering License (PE) with local NYC experience performing Mechanical / HVAC Systems Design using AutoCAD or Revit Software. Must have Airside and Waterside System Experience for Institutional/Public Sector Projects, New Buildings and Existing facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, ABET Accredited Program
• 7-15 years of mechanical systems design experience.
• PE License in NY (or ability to gain reciprocity) * Required *
• Proficient in AutoCAD Software, knowledge of Revit
• Airside and Waterside System Experience for Institutional/Public Sector Projects.
• HVAC Systems Design Experience Required
• Knowledge of following system is a Plus, but Not Required: Boilers, Chillers, CHP, hydronic systems, cooling towers, steam boilers, built-up AHUs, and building automation control systems, lighting system, utility consumption, carbon emissions, or energy analysis.
• $120-$180K Salary, plus Bonus, 401K, Health Benefits, etc.
