We are seeking an experienced, execution-focused Product Owner looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to further advance their skills and career in a highly collaborative working environment.
The Product Owner will focus on transforming the high-level vision of the digital product into detailed user stories and actionable requirements. In conjunction with multiple departments, including the product marketing and engineering teams, they will work to deliver fast, scalable, open, and flexible software solutions to support our innovative and industry-leading products.

Role requires high degree of independence and ownership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree a plus)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager running multiple initiatives and managing various stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working on software development projects, including mobile applications
• Solid understanding of information architecture
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Solid understanding of an API and how it is used to integrate with an application
• Proven experience working in an Agile project framework like Scrum, XP, or Lean Development
• Intermediate to advanced Google Analytics skills
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience working with UX/UI designers
• Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheets, and Monday.com is a plus
• Proven success managing the delivery and release of consumer-facing digital projects or enterprise software products.
• Experience managing creative and engineer teams in a client-facing environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital disciplines including: Strategy, Creative, Information Architecture, Business Analysis, Technology, QA, and Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodologies
• Intuitive grasp of software and how it is used to solve business and user problems
• PMI-ACP, CPM, or comparable certification a plus
• Understanding of self-hosted WordPress applications or other CMS’ a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, Log Rocket, Domo, Salesforce, or MS Web Dynamics a plus
• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Invision, or Sketch a plus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving transformation from outputs (projects) to outcomes (products) and shifting our ways of working to a product mindset (speed / quality / value)
• Distilling clear requirements from large and diverse sets of customers, partners, vendors, engineering teams, and business entities.
• Performing market research, usability studies, and creating focus groups to identify best of breed benchmarks and solves for customer problems.
• Setting up mechanisms for receiving feedback and adjusting priorities to ensure the right customer, technology, and engineering outcomes.
• Managing and meeting the needs of senior stakeholders, including conducting executive leadership proposals or program reviews in the form of written documents, publishing post-launch metrics, and escalating to drive decision-making.
• Serving as the product leader for your projects, setting priorities across the portfolio of launches managed by you, and making investments in improving core services.
• Identifying new capabilities or architectural investments needed to support and accelerate expansion and working with engineering technology services teams to ensure we create scalable and repeatable solutions.
• Responsible for Product Ownership including problem framing, opportunities shaping, backlog management, development stages, and pilot & rollout planning
• Implement learnings to optimize product and operations to promote data-driven decisions throughout product lifecycle
