Our Client, a Top ENR GC looking for a Senior Project Manager to grow and expand a Healthcare Business Unit.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sr. Project Manager Healthcare Construction to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to completion. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the healthcare construction project from preconstruction to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and ensure that they are motivated and engaged in the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, preconstruction, and healthcare construction
• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from preconstruction to completion
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
