We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a high level of client interaction, manage complex legal projects, and provide strategic legal advice on a wide variety of real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate law, with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial leases and related documents.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a high level of client interaction, manage complex legal projects, and provide strategic legal advice on a wide variety of real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate law, with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial leases and related documents.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of real estate documents, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and property management agreements.
- Provide proactive legal advice and support to internal business teams on real estate matters, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions and dispositions, and landlord-tenant disputes.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing real estate legal risks and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team and outside counsel to manage complex real estate transactions and litigation matters.
- Keep abreast of developments in real estate law and industry trends, and provide training and guidance to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of a state bar.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong emphasis on commercial leasing.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements and managing real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and real estate regulatory compliance issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and managing legal risks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to providing superior client service.
