We’re Looking For:

• Financial Reporting, SEC, 10k, 10q, etc
• 401k Annualizations

What you'll do:

• Takes a leading role in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, other disclosures, and XBRL tagging requirements for SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and other SEC filings as needed
• Prepares quarterly calculations of basic and diluted EPS and ensures proper external financial statement presentation/disclosure
• Collaborates with Investor Relations to prepare and support quarterly earnings releases and other investor materials
• Assists in the preparation of external financial statements for certain of the Company’s leasing subsidiaries.
• Assists with the preparation and filing of the Company’s annual Proxy statement as needed
• Coordinates with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audit process and ensures compliance with SOX controls
• Assists in preparation of retirement plan financial statements and coordinates annual audits with HR and external auditors
• Assists with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting regulations, including preparing for the SEC’s proposed climate change disclosure requirements
• Assists with technical accounting research and preparation of supporting documentation, analyses, and accounting whitepapers for technical accounting matters as assigned
• Prepares monthly journal entries, monthly and/or quarterly account reconciliations, and quarterly reports for assigned areas
• Assists with technical accounting consultations for internal stakeholders as needed
• Identifies and participates in department-wide process improvement/process automation projects
• Assists with special projects and other duties as needed
