Skills & Qualifications:

• Java expertise in a microservice architecture
• Ability to code/work across the stack using react.js
• Expertise in cloud architecture preferably AWS or GCP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience leading software development teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Jira or other task-tracking and estimation tools
• Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation
