We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Staff Accountant to join our team in the scientific industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multi-entity accounting and consolidations, as well as utilizing your clinical research experience. Your role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing valuable insights to our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidations for our scientific organization
• Utilize your clinical research experience to provide valuable insights regarding financial performance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
• Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Sr Staff Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting and consolidations
• Clinical research experience is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Will be proficient in QB Online
• Role will be hybrid until the local office is completed
