· Reconciliation of monthly statements from vendors against payments
· Assist F&A team with various documentation support and reporting as needed
· Verifies all invoices have been accrued properly and timely to the correct cost reports and phase codes
· Ensures proper payment to all subcontractors and major suppliers
· Collects and reviews project subcontractor and supplier lien waivers
· Provides monthly assistance to Project Management staff in preparation for billings to General Contractors and owners
· Collects, reviews, submits monthly billings to Senior Staff and Controller for processing
· Processes cost transfers on project cost reports for Project Management staff
· Monitors cashflow, communicates with Project Management staff on tracking receivables and when accounts are paid
· Collects, reviews, and processes subcontractor and supplier monthly project invoices
· Understanding monthly P&L process, ensures timely submittal of project P&Ls and reviews P&Ls for accuracy
