The position requires handling various duties related to accounts payables, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for analyzing customer account balances, aging reports, and AP recon, assisting with accounts payable entry, payments, and schedules, evaluating account balances and preparing necessary Journal Entries for the month-end close process, performing monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and providing outside auditors with assistance by gathering necessary account information and documents to perform annual audits.
