**Staff Accountant**

**Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage essential accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and supporting overall business operations.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial processes.

**Qualifications:**

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BS in Accounting preferred.
