We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is instrumental in driving strategic growth and operational efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to guide the company's decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is keen on making a significant impact on the organization's financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting.

2. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

3. Generate analytical reports for senior management to present clear insights on financial performance and business direction.

4. Use SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources for analysis and reporting.

5. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring all financial targets are met.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support their financial needs.

7. Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.

8. Continuously improve FP&A's reporting processes by developing and implementing new strategies.

9. Monitor and analyze current market trends to assist in forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A or related field.

3. Proficient in SQL queries and Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, using 'vlookup', and developing macros.

4. Experience in Excel financial modeling and advanced financial analysis.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically about business problems.

9. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.

10. Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance partners.
