We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Stem Cell RN to join our team. This is a full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will have experience in stem cell or critical care. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for this field and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Administer stem cell and bone marrow transplant procedures
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by physicians
• Perform IV therapy and insert IV lines as needed
• Provide moderate sedation to patients during procedures
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-procedure care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• BSN preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
