Stock Grant:
Qualified candidates will be eligible to receive restricted stock units. Office employees will receive a $250,000.00 grant. The restricted stock units will be awarded at the time of hiring as part of the normal new hire onboarding process. Vesting and other conditions will apply, as set forth in a definitive award agreement.

Your role will bridge communication between officials across various jurisdictions, all while producing stamped structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs, which form the bedrock of smooth permit procurement.

Your Responsibilities:
Your creative genius will be encapsulated in comprehensive reports, designs, and drawings that outline structural components.
Calculations will become your playground – ensuring pressures, loads, and stresses align for impeccable structural integrity.
Handpick construction materials like an artist selects colors, based on their strength and suitability, for designs that stand the test of time.
Your technical acumen will provide a safety net, as you advise on designs that prioritize well-being without compromising on aesthetics.
As a liaison between us and the regulatory world, your expertise will secure green lights for our projects.
You'll shape basic structural configurations with your insights, turning them into optimized marvels.

Your Profile:
The possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential to embark on this journey.
A few states already carry your professional engineering license – particularly CA, NV, AZ, UT, to start with.
Your knack for mathematics, IT wizardry, and analytical prowess will be a driving force behind your success.
Your eye for detail and a mind that thrives on solving puzzles are the cornerstones of your craft.
Navigating CAD drawing development tools is second nature to you.
