An established Developer Builder with many market sectors primarily in large ground up Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, and Multifamily project focused. The ideal candidate has ground-up Multifamily experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multi-family projects, including podium, wrap, and mid-rise apartments. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction of multi-family projects from ground up to completion
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed on the job site
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers, to ensure that project goals are being met
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family projects
• Experience managing the construction of podium, wrap, and mid-rise apartments
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of subcontractors
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
