• This role requires a strong understanding of commercial ground up, wood frame, and multifamily construction.
• You will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• This position will play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and execution of commercial multi-family projects.

Preferred Background Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, Multifamily Construction Superintendent, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in multi-family, podium construction, and healthcare construction.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
