Superintendent - Tilt Wall

Our client, an established Light Industrial Design Build Company, are looking for Warehouse/Distribution focused traveling superintendents. The ideal candidate has ground up, tilt up, large 100K-200M sq ft project experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent - Tilt Wall to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse, distribution center, tilt up, tilt wall, commercial, and light industrial construction. This is a permanent position that requires extensive travel to various project sites across the country. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the construction of large-scale projects, including warehouse, distribution center, tilt up, tilt wall, commercial, and light industrial construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage and maintain project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that all work is completed within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, tilt up, tilt wall, commercial, and light industrial construction.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and supervise construction crews.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites across the country.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
