The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry and be able to oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for a specific project. This will include interaction with subcontractors, scheduling, site management, and ensuring the financial success of the project by shortening critical path construction durations.

In addition, the successful candidate must have a keen eye for good quality craftsmanship and be committed to maintaining positive client relationships throughout the project. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of onsite workers and the public.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma, with a college degree being a plus, and at least five years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Candidates should be proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Smart Device, Primavera, and DropBox, and must be able to produce daily reports in electronic format. They should also have the ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

A field engineering background for onsite quality control is preferred, and candidates should be able to maintain field labor crews for projects that self-perform work. The successful candidate will be required to obtain OSHA 30 certification, First Aid/CPR certification, and Primavera P6 training within the first 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities for this position will include the ability to mentor and train field employees on topics such as the mobilization phase, construction phase, quality workmanship, administering and maintaining the project safety program, project scheduling, developing good relations, coordinating subcontractors' field activity, Byrne equipment policies, and project close-out activities.
