Superintendent

My Client is a top ENR firm with over 40 years of experience across the county. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join ther team in the Healthcare Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a GC and a proven track record working with ACHA ideally with ground up projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed to the highest quality standards
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and any issues that may arise
• Manage and mentor on-site staff, including assistant superintendents, foremen, and laborers
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project-related documentation as required

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ACHA, Healthcare construction, and ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required
