Qualifications:

To qualify for this exciting role, the candidate must possess the following:

1. 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in the Life Science sector, Food and Beverage industry, or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in PlanGrid software and blueprint reading.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
8. A commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards at all times.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
