• Solid experience in construction project management, preferably a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong experience in complex projects
• Contract administration and management skills including the ability to prepare contract documentation, administer contracts and report on

projects.

• A sound understanding of MEP's
• Excellent written, communication, report writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and differing view from key stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a confidential manner
• Must be sufficient experienced and skilled to be able to work independently, make suitable decisions according to role, think laterally and present

solutions rather than problems

• Some experience in and knowledge of retirement living/multifamily/student housing is preferred.
