Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coordinating field personnel, subcontractors and vendors in conjunction with the Construction Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Project Managers with budgets and schedules
  • Oversee and evaluate subcontractor performance from month to month
  • Monitor construction progress and compliance with plans and specifications
  • Monitor punch lists and turnover of completed units to Management within schedule and quality standards required by Management
  • Review project and weekly milestone schedules for each project
  • Review daily activity reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Provide training, guidance, and career development for subordinates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; concentration in Building Science or Engineering is preferred
  • Ten or more years of work experience as a Project Superintendent in multifamily construction; experience in Garden and Mid-Rise residential construction preferred
  • Experience with Procore project management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is preferred
  • Ability to travel is a plus
