Superintendent

An award winning/top ranked mechanical contractor serving the HVAC/Plumbing needs of commercial and residentials clients in the Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia markets.

Currently seeking an HVAC Superintendent that would be responsible for the on-site management on commercial project sites and be responsible for coordinating with the Project Manager on the schedule, scope, and managing third-party contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial HVAC construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Hire, train, and supervise construction workers, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within budgetary constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure repeat business and a positive reputation in the industry.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and construction schedules, is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• 7+ years of new construction experience / HVAC installation experience
• 5+ years in a leadership position on large commercial mechanical projects
• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC Technical School preferred
• OSHA 10 (minimum), OSHA 30 preferred
