• Seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience running commercial projects
• Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors on site to make sure project is moving along on schedule
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Effective communication utilizing tools such as word, excel, email and daily logs.
• Experience using a Construction Management software is a must
