Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical equipment and instruments
• Assist in surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon
• Maintain a sterile field during surgery
• Monitor the patient's vital signs and assist with positioning during surgery
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide excellent patient care
• Document and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience
• Ability to scribe and interpret notes on an EMR system
• Graduate of a school of surgical technology
