Job Details
- Deliver Engaging Instruction: Teach in classrooms, labs, clinical settings, and online environments.
- Develop Course Materials: Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional content.
- Mentor & Guide Students: Provide feedback, academic support, and professional role modeling.

Skills You Need
- Credentialing: Must be certified in surgical technology through an NCCA-accredited program.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of four years in surgical technology, with at least two years in the OR scrub role within the last five years.
- Education: Associate degree in surgical technology or related field.
- Teaching & Communication: Ability to effectively instruct, mentor, and assess student learning.
