Job Details

Skills You Need
  • Credentialing: Must be certified in surgical technology through an NCCA-accredited program.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of four years in surgical technology, with at least two years in the OR scrub role within the last five years.
  • Education: Associate degree in surgical technology or related field.
  • Teaching & Communication: Ability to effectively instruct, mentor, and assess student learning.
