WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude in order to recognize, diagnose, and implement security solutions for diverse network infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Proficient in:
o All Windows platforms (Sever 2022, 2019, 2016, Windows 10/11 …)
o Server Virtualization (Hyper-V) & Clusters
o SAN Technologies (FC, FCoE & iSCSI)
o Remote management and administration
o Writing complex shell scripts (Command shell, PowerShell, etc.).
o Microsoft Office365
o Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
o Server Hardware Maintenance (HP a plus)
o Exchange Environments Local, Cloud and Hybrid
o Distributed Applications Environments
o Networking Components and various Internet servers/services (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc.)
  • Exposure or working knowledge in:
o Knowledgeable in TCP/IP and various Internet servers/services (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc.)
o Enterprise Backup Strategies
o Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS …)
o SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power BI
o SQL Server Experience
o Cloud Familiarity (Azure, AWS)
o Knowledgeable in High Availability and BCP concepts (RAID, SPOFs, Failover Clustering, Server Farms, etc.).
  • Preferred candidates to have an industry recognized certification in:
o MCSE preferred - 2016 or newer
o Intrusion detection/analysis (SANS/GCIA or SCSE, or any other)
o Networking (CCNA, CCNP)
  • Physical mobility required to move and install up to 30 lb. of computer equipment
