We are seeking a Permanent Systems Application Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess a deep understanding of AE/AET, AQP, and project management. As a Systems Application Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and adapting systems, analyzing customer products from start to finish, and ensuring the smooth production launch of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate customer technical product requirements to internal teams and stakeholders
• Interface with customers and other departments to ensure project success
• Understand future customer and market needs to inform product development
• Develop and adapt systems to meet customer needs and ensure smooth production launch
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are on budget and on time
• Analyze customer products to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of AE/AET, AQP, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
