*MUST have 3 plus years of talent acquisition experience-Manufacturing
* This is a Temp to Hire position

• Conduct day-to-day Salary recruitment activities; follow recruiting processes and act as a resource on all points of the recruitment cycle
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries generated from various sources such as ads, billboards, networking, Job boards. Guide candidate in screening process to determine eligibility from information supplied to the company according to standard criteria.

1. Communication skills and able to communicate with all levels
2. Passive searching on job boards Indeed and LinkedIn, ability to build pipelines and projects to source candidates
3. Experience organizing for and attending career fairs
4. Experience with campus recruiting initiatives is a plus and building relationships with colleges
5. Some manufacturing background a plus
6. SuccessFactors experience a plus
