Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Director to join our team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in securities, financial services, change management, regulatory compliance, risk management, FINRA, SEC, banking, business transformation, and regulations. As the Practice Director, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and contributing to the growth and success of our company.


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the financial performance of our company
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee risk management activities, including identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Participate in the development and execution of business plans


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role in the finance industry
  • Strong knowledge of securities, financial services, change management, regulatory compliance, risk management, FINRA, SEC, banking, business transformation, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of financial models and forecasting techniques
