Job Details

Successful candidates will have 5+ years tax experience in public accounting and have their CPA license. Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is preferred, but not required. If you enjoy working with closely held businesses and their owners and providing a consultative approach, this could be the position for you.

As a Tax Manager you must be able to maintain compliance with local and federal tax laws, as well as issues related to merger and acquisitions, and multi-state taxation. In addition, you will be required to actively manage all tax compliance areas of the office, prepare complex tax returns and working papers, as well as review tax returns prepared by associates. This role includes demonstrating strong tax research skills, management of associates and workflow, training and mentoring of staff, and being involved in business development and community organizations.
