Responsibilities:

Tax Manager/CPA will review and/or prepare tax returns (Corporation, Partnership, Trust and Individual), delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
Providing innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax return
Manage and coordinate tax audits, tax provisions, and tax compliance process
Improve the firm’s processes by developing or implementing best practices

Qualifications and Requirements for Tax Manager:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Accounting (min. req. BA degree in Accounting).
Corporation, Partnership, Trust and Individual tax review and preparation experience.
Strong technical tax review and preparation skills
Tax Audit Representation experience is a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills (QuickBooks & Microsoft Office programs).
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An exceptional work-ethic.
Analytical skills with details orientation.
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
CPA License and/or Master’s in Business Taxation (MBT) a plus.
