Tax Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about tax management, wealth management, and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring all tax-related activities within the company. This includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, providing tax planning and advisory services, and managing relationships with tax authorities. The Permanent Tax Manager will also play a key role in wealth management, helping to protect and grow the company's wealth in a tax-efficient manner.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
4. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns.
5. Strong understanding of wealth management and financial management principles.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on detailed analysis.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of tax professionals.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders.
9. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in tax software and other financial management systems.
