Audit Senior - EBP Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EBP, 401k, Pension Plan audits. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit engagements for various clients
• Develop audit plans and perform risk assessments
• Perform testing of financial statements and internal controls
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients
• Manage and supervise audit staff
• Assist in business development activities and client relationship management
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit
• Strong knowledge of ERISA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
