We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tax management, public accounting, accounting, and audit. As a Permanent Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure all tax-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting
• Manage tax audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Review tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and present tax reports to senior management
• Manage a team of tax professionals and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• 5+ years of experience in tax management, public accounting, accounting, or audit
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
