Tax Manager

We are a multi-office full service public accounting firm based in the Woburn, MA area that offers accounting and business advisory services specializing in services for individuals and privately held businesses. Our professional curiosity drives everything we do—how we work, how we advise, how we partner with and seek out value for our clients. We provide tax, audit, accounting and advisory services, which include litigation support, forensic accounting, valuation, arbitration, and transaction advisory services. The accounting and business advisory practice provides CFO/Controller and business advisory services as well as accounting and bookkeeping support. The international tax practice provides guidance on a variety of issues for individuals with complex international tax needs. Our IT risk assurance & advisory practice provides IT audit, compliance, and cyber & information security services. We are in a period of growth and looking to add a strong High Net Worth Tax Manager to our growing team! This position is open to remote candidates!

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
• Serve as a mentor or lead to more junior accountants
• Tax preparation and tax planning for corporations and individuals
• Financial and Tax consulting

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in accounting or related field
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
