We are looking to add a strong heavy C-Corp Tax Manager with an emphasis on M&A, to add to our growing team!

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
• Serve as a mentor or lead to more junior accountants
• Tax preparation and tax planning for corporations and individuals
• Financial and Tax consulting

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in accounting or related field
• CPA is required
• 7+ years of experience in Public Accounting
• Experience with these industries: Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Software, Manufacturing, Distribution
• Tax returns for high net worth individuals and ultra high net worth individuals
