8+ years of experience in accounting
CPA license
Client management expertise
Proven ability to lead and manage internal team of professionals
Motivation to expand and develop referral sources and business leads
Adept at performing detailed tax research
Ability to lead tax-driven consulting services and solutions
Proficiency in running tax projects from beginning to end
Ability to quickly learn various cloud-based software solutions
Capability to multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytic skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software), Adobe Acrobat, and accounting software (QuickBooks and UltraTax preferred)
