What Your Day Looks Like:

• Direct engagement timelines, budgets, schedules, Associate reviews, and work papers
• Manage internal job scheduling by identifying staff competencies and schedules
• Be a compliance champion with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Assist with research and planning according to the current laws and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Build and maintain client relationships by strategizing methods to minimize tax liabilities in accordance with current tax laws
• Support Partners and Directors with audits, proposals, and other practice development and marketing activities

What You Need To Be Successful:

• A Bachelors or Master’s degree in accounting or related program
• 7+ years of public accounting or related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
• Willingness to stay up to date through continuing education and continuous reading of professional journals
