Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the complete tax compliance process for our clients, ensuring all tax returns are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
  • Conduct thorough tax reviews and audits to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to high net worth individuals and businesses, including S Corps and 1065 partnerships.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to develop effective tax strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Effectively communicate complex tax information and strategies to clients and team members.
  • Train and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of tax management experience in a public accounting or consulting firm.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in tax compliance, tax review, 1120S, High Net Worth, and 1065 partnership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax information in a clear and concise manner.
